MİMAS was founded in 1957 by 9 engineers and 1 economist specialized in their own fields. In the first years, MİMAŞ was active in building, office and hospital construction while in the following years became active in specific areas. We can summarize this specific areas under 3 main headings.

(Construction, assembly, piping, electrical instrumentation works of industrial facilities such as refineries, petrochemicals, iron and steel factories, etc.)

Heavy Industry Equipment Manufacturing

Partial design and manufacturing of spools, steel equipment, piping, manifolds, flare stacks, vessels and various steel equipment for refineries, petrochemical industries, iron & steel companies and leading companies in Turkey and all over the world.

Management and Planning

The company is managed by the board of directors appointed every year. Each project, depending on its size and complexity, managed by the site managers or the project manager. Quality, planning, finance and administrative activities, fabrication centrally managed through efficient and effective coordination with some predetermined delegations to remote units. The managers plant has its own independent management, which closely monitor by the management. It also assists MİMAS construction sites when necessary. MIMAS implements a central planning management system under the leadership of the planning department. All progress reports are prepared in MİMAS’ own format at regular intervals, if there is no customer special format. It is presented to the employer to enable them to closely follow the progress of the project.
